Quick update

Hey guys. I know I’m terrible I’ve been off the scene for a good 10 months and I apologise. A hell of a lot has changed. I’ll give you a quick update now and go into more detail about things in separate posts

So, I’ve finally had a diagnosis and my life has changed massively because of it. I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I’m now on medication to help control it and I’ve learnt ways to reduce the amount of flare ups I have

I’m working part time now which is helping my fibromyalgia symptoms and I have been doing this since around the same time I got my diagnosis. It’s definitely given me time to rest and recover which also helps me be the best I can be at work.

A lot has also changed in my personal life which I don’t really want to go too deep into but I no longer have ties with Bristol and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been with someone.

I’ll give you all more info when I have time to sit down and go through things in detail.
